Function information

• Manage and Coordinate activities related to Deviation and CAPA Quality Systems.
• Quality Systems Contact for CAPA Globalization process & quality alert : Ensure consistency and communication with the different quality systems and Managers and Global QA CAPA Team.
• Manage and Coordinate continuous improvement of Deviations and Capa Systems and ensures processes are optimized in terms of compliance and efficiency.
• Contribute to the decreased in the number deviations and CAPA of the unit.
• Manage quality trend analysis, quality reviews on the system
• Ensure that major issues with impact on quality system are captured , followed ip and treated in site action plans.

Requirements

• Former relevant industrial experience or equivalient in pharmaceutical Prod., Valid. or
• QA in a biopharmaceutical.
• A previous experience in a QA department is a real asset.
• Relevant experience in GXP (GMP,...)
• University degree in Science (Pharmacist, Engineer or equivalent

• Demonstrable influencing ability across departments
• Ability to enable and drive change while being focused on internal and external customers
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Problem solving and achievement oriented
• Team spirit
• Good knowledge of English and Fluent in French

• Dispose of a minimum of technical knowledge
• First experience with SAP related to this function is an asset
